OUR UNIQUE PIECE OF HISTORY
The Schuylkill County Council for the Arts (SCCA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the arts and local artists throughout Schuylkill County.
As stewards of the Historic Frank D. Yuengling Mansion, the SCCA is committed to preserving this architectural landmark while honoring the legacy of Frank D. Yuengling and his family. Thanks to the generosity of the Yuengling family, the mansion has been transformed into a vibrant cultural hub that continues to serve the community.
Throughout the year, the SCCA hosts art exhibitions, workshops, craft markets, concerts, and more—creating meaningful opportunities for artistic expression, community engagement, and historic appreciation in a space that has been filled with creativity and celebration for over a century.

Our Mission
Our mission is to learn and understand the cultural heritage of the Frank D. Yuengling Mansion and to maintain the preservation of our historical building. We seek to promote creative activities and to communicate an appreciation for the arts. We will educate members and visitors on the true value of art and music by embracing the many artists and events our community has to celebrate.
Our Vision
The Schuylkill County Council for the Arts will safeguard the Frank D. Yuengling Mansion becoming a model for historical preservation in our county. Keeping with our organization's founding, we will continue to nurture and be a space for the enjoyment of the arts and culture in Schuylkill County.


Tour the Mansion
Self-guided tours are available Wednesday–Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM.
Stroll through the historic Yuengling Mansion, its beautiful grounds, and the Carriage House (open during select events). Admission is free—donations are appreciated to support the preservation of this local treasure.
